CREDIT REPAIR AID CENTER


Credit Reporting laws follow most consumer protection laws. They help define the legal rights of the
consumer and limit the power of the creditor.  They give relief where the consumer is infringed on, and provide the legal discourse the consumer can take to for corrective action. These are great laws and unfortunately most people are unaware of them and do not take full advantage of the protection they afford. Clean Slate Credit Services  uses these laws in the defense of their clients against many
reporting by credit reporting agencies.  They are effective and inclusive.  The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) is designed to promote accuracy, fairness, and privacy of information in the files of every Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA). Most CRAs are credit bureaus that gather and sell information about you - such as if you pay your bills on time or have filed bankruptcy to creditors, employers, landlords, and other businesses.
